Charleston boat stay wanted

I am going to be stying in Charleston on Oct. 18th, 19th, 20th. Birthday trip. I would love to stay aboard a sailboat. Never been on Blue Water. No sailing needed, just want to stay aboard and get the feel of the salt air in the morning/evening. A sail might be nice if someone wanted to take me out. I will be by myself, and will treat your cabin with the utmost respect.

Okay live aboards,
Opinions on gensets vs inverters.
Getting ready to move on board.
Am not looking for all the creature comforts but once in a while or in an emergency.

Thanks in advance.
