My '63 VW back seat folded down and there was more room than my friends double-ender V-berth.

Both classy.

Many of you may not be aware of this little known fact; The forward hatch was invented for sticking ones head out and checking for lobster pots when "underway".

So if you see me sail by, no one is at the helm, and my head is sticking out of the hatch you will have a pretty good idea of what is going on down there.

edit: If you see me get off the boat alone, then it'll be easier to narrow down.

My hair repeatedly got caught in Velcro intended for securing cushions to the settee... but I was into the guy, so I rolled with it. The flexibility from a regular yoga practice definitely pays off.

It amazes me this thread has 33 pages yet contributes virtually nothing to the practice of sailing.
However, being 25 and a live aboard in college, I can say chicks dig the boat thing. However, that will just get them to come check it out.
Whether on a boat, in a car, or on your parents sofa-- you still gotta know how to close the deal.
The boat helps though haha

It's a breath of fresh air that no one has tried to ruin this thread with anything about the practice of sailing, other than to note that autopilot comes in very handy at certain times! Gratefully, this thread stayed true to its title; while sex in one's home ashore may not require any special tips and advice, the small confines and quirks of a boat do present a different set of challenges, and seemingly endless opportunities for some lighthearted humor.

and now we know why I insist on a Center Cockpit...and handing out goodie bags of ear plugs for my neighbors will go a long way.

Intersting blog of your adventures. Some really nice Sailnetters who are liveabords close to you. None with floppy hats/

Along the same line, if you are drifting in somewhat shallow waters, it's nice to be able to look up and check your chart plotter too.
