Looking to rent - Live aboard in Annapolis

Looking to rent a sailboat/ house boat in the Annapolis area for 4- 5 months. Any suggestions where to find a boat someone would be willing to rent out for a live aboard?

If Washington DC isn't too far for you, there is a marina right downtown named "Gangplank" and I believe it has one of the largest live-aboard communities on the east coast. You may be able to find a boat or houseboat for sale or rent there.

craig's list and the Capital (city paper) http://www.hometownannapolis.com/ are your best bets...I would not get my hopes up, though in this economy you may never know. We used to rent our house out (about 1.5 miles from city dock) for the boat shows at a going rate that paid my bills for three months.
