Jeanneau/Beneteau 50'''' range live aboard

I would like to hear from anyone with knowledge on living aboard a Sun Odyssey 51, International 50 or Beneteau Oceanis/510, First.

Things like what goes wrong with what system, part, tanks pumps etc? What might you have done to make her better to live with? Any ex charter conversions, like making the two small forward cabins into one big owners cabin?

Does the engine access drive you crazy? Can you have large enough holding tank(s) installed? Fit n finish good? Or poor over time?

Electical system acceptable? Is there a need to upgrade freezer or Fridge?

Can a clothes washer/dryer be installed...and has anybody tried?

Thanks,

CL
