That's the bible. Peggy Hall is better known as the "Head Mistress". We follow her guidance religiously. We also treat our holding tank with KO, which I believe she invented and sold to Raritan. However, its expensive and useless, if you don't follow the remainder of her advice. You just kill the stuff.
