Any sugestions of year round liveabord in NJ with a dog

Looking for a location for liveabord for my wife, I and our dog! Anyone know if Liberty Landing allows dogs we have a lab and are looking for a marina from jersey city- point pleasant any were in between. we are looking for a place starting OCT 1st help please! thanks!
