Execution Lighthouse For Sale
Here is a story about Execution Rocks Lighthouse and some other New York lighthouses being put up for sale.

X-rocks is a bit of a lonely location, built atop a reef, no land to speak of, lots of horn in the spring.
I used to cover that area in a rescue boat.
