North Shore Marinas

Hello, we are moving a sailboat from Connecticut to the North Shore of LI. Wondering if anyone has any recs on good marinas.

We have anchored in Oyster Bay a few times, but otherwise are not very familiar with the feel and accessibility of the different towns.

We're looking for a slip, good access to trains (may sometimes just take the LIRR out), professionally run marina (we are not that experienced with the maintenance of the boat and oftentimes rely on assistance from the marina staff), overall pleasantness of the town...

Thanks in advance for your help!

Here is the list that I've come up with:

Oyster Bay
Oyster Bay Marine Center – Oyster Bay Marine Center

Port Washington
Manhasset Bay Marina http://www.manhassetbaymarina.com

Glen Cove
BYY Glen Cove http://www.byy.com/NYLocations/GlenCove

Huntington, NY
West Shore Marina (Huntington, NY)
Knutson Marine (Huntington, NY) – Triton Boats - Knutson Marine

Northport, NY
Britannia Yacht Yard - http://www.brityacht.com/
