sailing boca grande

Hello, I'm new to this site. I live in Boca Grande Florida and have a beautiful 35' 1964bChris Craft Sail Yacht. I like to sail in Charlotte Harbor, take short cruises in the Keys and cruise the Bahamas. I am 63, in good shape and semi-retired. If there are any ladies out there who would like to join the fun and adventure contact me at johnfosterinbocagrande@gmail.com. I can furnish pictures if you like. Cheers! John

Re: sailing boca grande

John, I'd also try the personals in Ft. Myers, Punta Gorda, and Cape Coral. I have had fair luck there.

Re: sailing boca grande

I assume you refer to the personals in the local newspapers? Thanks, John

Re: sailing boca grande

Yes, I have found three sailing buds or belles there. One not so good, one pretty good, and one that I spent a couple months sailing with. Also post a sign at all the senior centers and athletic clubs that you can find.

I feel that there are quite a lot of people out there that may enjoy such a trip. How long the trip lasts is another story. It pays to advertise!!!
