We needs some advice regarding
spinnaker equipment,
We have a 2000 Macgregor 26X. The LOA is 26 feet, and the J is 10 feet. It is fractionally rigged with a 28 foot mast and the headsail connects to the mast at 24 feet.
1. MacGregor sells their Asymmetrical Cruising
Spinnaker with a 27' Luff, 24.5' Leach, and a 17.5' Foot. Is this the biggest/best size to use?
2. What size of Symmetrical
Spinnaker should/can we use?
3. What is the correct length and diameter of
Spinnaker Pole to use with such light
rigging?
