MacGregor 25 - does the sink/grill slide back?

Just bought a MacGregor 25 and we're trying to figure out if/how the sink/cooktop part slides back for more seating. The previous owner didn't know, but since it's supposed to sleep 5 we assume it should.

We may have more questions to come, so TIA!

Is the galley currently positioned opposite the table or the rear seat?

It's opposite the rear seat. Here's a pic: http://i281.photobucket.com/albums/k...t/IMG_2101.jpg

The sink/galley slides aft from where you see it in the picture. The bench should extend under the cockpit far enough to stow the whole thing.
