Newbie with a Venturecat 15
 

I just bought a Venturecat 15 that was in pretty good shape. But there is one exception. The Jib sail is hatched out. Anybody have any ideas on either how to fix, make a new one, find a used one or buy a new one? I purchased the boat and a lift for it for $250, so I would hate to have to spend more on a jib sail than what I payed for the boat.

Try sailrite.com. I'm pretty sure they have the Venture 15 sail specifications on hand. You can get an online quote through their site. They can make a completed sail or prepare a kit that you sew yourself.
