Does anyone know how to remove big white marks from the shrink wrap on my red hull (Interlux Brightside)?

You might try a polishing compound like 3M Finesse-it, if the paint is not rubbed through. If successful, it should leave a smooth, glossy surface. It is routinely used to polish Awlgrip.
