Did you mean Newburyport Ma.? If so Paul W. Shaw II was good to me in R.I about 2 hours away . . .You might find him at NoreastGypsy.com or tel. 401-885-2249 He was very thorough and knowledgeable, good luck!

I just used a guy from Nahant about 30 mins. away and he was great.He has lots of exp and equip. and knows his stuff,very reasonable.My boat is at the Cove on the other side of the river,His name is Rob Scanlan 781-595-6225 tell him Todd Smith recommended you.
