One individual is not killing 20 kindergarteners within a few minutes with a knife. Ain't gonna happen. Are guns the sole cause? No. But they sure escalate the scale of these tragedies.

This statement is wholly unsupported. There is absolutely no comparison between the amount of gun violence in Canada and the United States, per capita or any other way you want to count it.
