1981 Islander Bahama that fell on hard times - the process begins

Old floor - I think we'll keep it as the sub-floor - its ugly but solid

Some repair work needed - bit of ply and some epoxy should clean this up
PO's attempt to resolve leak - as we all learn the problem needs to be fixed correctly - from the outside!
