Mirage 39

I am looking for my second boat (upgrading from my Allmand 35) and have come across a 1989 Mirage 39 in excellent condition.
I know that they only made the Mirage 39 for two or so years but know very little more about them. Any help? Also, is $79K high for a sale price if it is in excellent condition?
