Pleasure and Pain of Fixing up an Old Boat

Congratulations on the second of two big decisions. You're right about the pleasure as well as pain of fixing up an older boat. That topic - in itself - gives you a whole year's worth of articles, now doesn't it! Best wishes on having few surprises, and each of them a good one. See you at the boat show booths!

The answer from Larry and Sue:

You're absolutely right about the year's worth of articles. We've been snapping away with the camera as we begin on the major refit. It's not the same as sailing from port to port without a care, but it's better than even a good day in the office. We are enjoying discovering the inner makings of Serengeti, and are pleased with what we've seen so far. Hope we do run into you at a boat show!

Regards,
Sue & Larry
