Who can learn how to sail?

One of the great things about the sport of sailing is that just about anyone can learn how to do it. Young, and old, able-bodied and otherwise, as long as you can tell where the wind is coming from and have a way of monitoring your course, heading, control the sail and tiller, you can sail. You don’t have to be a millionaire, the only requirements are wind, water, boat and enthusiasm. Although sailing can be physically demanding, most daysails are low-impact affairs.
