I replaced my rub rail last year. I got the rub rail from Alan Ray. his phone number is 954-942-1448. He can give you all the information necessary to do the job right. My rub rail was literally falling off the boat. It's a messy job and requires 2 people to do the job right. I used an adheasive called Sica flex (sp). It worked great. Good luck
