M321 Shower Pan removal

Hi All,

Anyone have experience removing the shower pan from a Morgan 321? Or even knowledge of how it was put in? I've removed the molding, nails, all the screws, the silicone caulk, pushed a putty knife vertically down all the way around ... it won't budge! Is this thing glassed / glued in ? Any / all tips and advice greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Jody Larrow

Any luck with shower pan?

I acquired my 323 in June and it appears that the shower drain pump is gone -all I can see is that the switch is not connected to anything. I don't even know where the pump is or how to get to it. I was guessing I needed to take the pan out. Is this why you were attempting the same thing?
