Need help w/old 38 Charlie Morgan

Can anyone tell me how these early 1970's 38' sail? it has a 3-1/2" draft. Are they worth getting? One guy told me his needed a blister repair job and the boat wasn't worth the cost of the repair. I thought they might be worth more than that??
