Need Some Help, Guys

Need the size of cutlass bearing for my 33 O/I with the original Perkins. Also need to know what size flax for the rudder post stuffing.
Here's a link to a post in the Gear and Maint section:
http://www.sailnet.com/forums/gear-m...s-bearing.html

Any help greatly appreciated as always!
