CE Marking for Morgan 382

Hi folks!
We are proud new owners of a Morgan 382 and looking forward to heading to the Bahamas in the coming weeks. We are from Norway and would like to register our new pride and joy there. However we've been asked to produce a 'decleration of conformity' pertaining to CE Marking as we cannot prove the boat was in European waters before June 16th 1998.
Are there any Morgan 382 (or any boat for that matter) owners who have any experience of getting their boat CE marked or perhaps know where we could start?
We would appreciate any and all help!
