Masthead Spinnaker bail attachent

I have no attachment on my Newport 30 (1974) masthead to attach a block for a spinnaker halyard.
I have 2 small holes either side of the masthead that look like it used to have a bracket that went over the top of the masthead and down either side with 2 holes in it that would allow 2 nuts and bolts to secure it, probably had a bail type fitting in front of it to attach a block.
Rather than me climbing the mast (again) and making a template and having one custom made, I was hoping someone had inside information or at least drawings.

Any help/advise would be gretaly appreciated.

These guys probably have what you need Masthead Spinnaker Bails if you are not sure what brand mast you have, give them a call as they may know, they are very helpful on the phone.
