1983 Neptune 24 Electrical

I recently purchased a 1983Neptune 24 with a shoal keel and love the boat so far, but I have a wiring and plumbing disaster. Apparantly the previous owner left water inside the cabin for some time. I have cleaned up everything and it finally looks and smells ok but the wiring and plumbing looks pretty shot. Does anyone have diagrams from an owners manual, or links that work online so I can replace some if not all the wiring and plumbing? Thank you!
