If you're having trouble with all the lights, you likely have a ground problem. Locate the ground wire where is comes from the mast wiring and run a jumper wire to the battery ground. If the lights come on, start tracing the ground. If they don't come on, start looking at the power side of things. It could still be a ground problem but inside the mast or at the wiring connection to the mast. If the wiring is plugged in under the mast base, you may have to pull the stick to get to it. good luck.
