Newport 30 with bad engine wanted

I am looking for a well-maintained Newport 30 with a bad engine located near San Francisco Bay. I want to pull the engine and replace it with an electric motor, but I don't want to have to rebuild the rest of the boat.

Nothing earlier than 1979, please.

Thank you.

Did you repower a Newport 30 with electric? I am about to do that with a boat I just purchased. Want to discuss issues you saw or your plans.
