Modifying a Neptune 24 for more buoyancy?

As the title suggests, I am hoping to get advice/pointers from you folks on how to increase the buoyancy in the stern on my Neptune 24. I have an 8 horse outboard on the back, well within specs, and have moved most everything else that I can forward. I'm told that this squatting in the rear is common with these boats and I'm hoping to overcome this. Any help is much appreciated.
