Re: PS 34 shift cable length

Thanks eveyone I finally made it to boat and one currently on the boat measured 8', it was wheel steering seem longer then needed but the extra cable is not in the way and 8' is standard length. Thanks again for all replies.

Re: PS 34 shift cable length

I could not find a length standard for the shift cable on my 31 so I tied a string to the old one, pulled it out and measured the old one.

PS 34 shift cable length

Quick question 1986 PS 34, need to know how length of shift cable and where to purchase ball joint and thread size. Broke yestersday and was too hot to go down into engine company. About one hour and half hours from boat so I thought someone would know 8', 10' or longer and thread size 10-32.
