Re: Annapolis - Atlantic early June

Sorry, but this trip already happened. See post #19.
I'm going on a similar trip in May this year, but I doubt I'll take crew.

Re: Annapolis - Atlantic early June

Let me know if you still need crew. My 18 year old son is looking for ways to boost up his resume before we head down the ICW in the fall. He isn't long on experience, but he took lessons, and I allow him to captain around Georgian Bay, some of the toughest water in the world to navigate. He can dock, and since all our outings are overnights, on the hook, he has good experience with that. He's a hard worker, and could get himself there.

Actually, I'm in one of the other Kingston's. (Ontario). But it's still quite a hike. I enjoy reading about how you and your boat are making out. Looking forward to more on your blog.

If you weren't in Jamaica, I'd say let's meet up sometime on the water.

Hi, I've got the same boat sailing near Kingston. Great to see video of another Continental. Haven't had mine to 30 degrees.

No space seems quite as small as a small boat with more than one sailor on it...that is why I prefer to cruise solo or with family or close friends.

Thanks for the offers of help and encouragement. Got back last Thursday. Posted a synopsis here.

I'm around the corner on the Magothy. I can't make this trip and truthfully a 25 is smaller than I like but I am hoping to make a similar trip this year.
Holler if you see Patient Lady, a Irwin 38 Center cockpit.
Hope you have a nice trip

I'm heading down to Norfolk to pick up a boat heading offshore. I could meet you in Annapolis and help you move down to Norfolk. Total experienced sailor, thirty year boat owner

Relax, mom. We're going sailing Wednesday evening so he can check out the boat and see whether the captain is sane or not.
