In fairness to the manufacturer, there was one positive and one negative review.

I still think it's way overpriced for the materials in it, but maybe their liability insurance is huge? Or just a boat tax?

I am also dying to know who has tried out that Nettle Net. It looks awesome! But expensive - and I can hardly find any online reviews although it's been out for a while.

Saw them in Greys Inn on the Chester River last weekend and in Swan Creek the weekend before

Just a few, quite sparse, on the Rhode River last weekend. And a few, but still sparser than I think of as normal for this time of year, around Annapolis

I'm also in Herring Bay, south of the bridge. Are they always this bad in the mid-Chesapeake? This is my first summer on the Chesapeake and I was kind of hoping to take a swim off my boat sometime.
