Yeoman Paper Chart Plotter
I have had a Yeoman Plotter for three years and have a problem with it intermittently not accepting a new chart. Took the plotter back to Yeoman and offered to buy a replacement rather than go through the process of expensively testing for an intermittent fault. Their customer support here in the UK is without empathy and they want the full price for a replacement!
Has anyone had similar experiences with this company?
