Check the Coast Guard Auxiliary''s Basic Coastal Navigation or Advanced Costal Navigation classes for those locations:

Try the US Coast Guard Auxillary. You may find info for your area on their website. ( I am not sure of their address ) Usually, their classes are in the evenings.

Check with the U.S. Power Squadron in those areas. Some of them have excellent courses on navigation and chart reading, depending on who is teaching the courses.

Not new to sailing since I have been charting in the Caribbean every year since 93 and now own my own boat.
Am looking to attend a school on chart reading/navigation.
Looking in the area of DE. PA. NJ. MD
Anyone out there know of any prefer during the week in the evenings.

Thanks
