Looking for Pros and Cons of Beneteau''''s Center Cockpit Serie

We live in MA (south shore) and are looking for owners of Beneteau 40cc or 44cc. We are in the process of trying to make a final decision on a Beneteau and are looking or either current or previous owners that will share some insights with us. My husband likes the 411 but I prefer the center cockpit series. We plan to use it as our "summer home" in the Boston area.
We only have brochures to go by on the cc series but have seen a 411. The brochures and Beneteau''s web page give different specification. Does anyone know which is correct? As an owner would you buy another one? Did you previously own any other sailboats that you are comparing the Beneteau to? What has been the biggest disappointment with the boat? What do you like most about it? Are parts and or service readily available in most parts of the East Coast? Any other bits of information ie blue water experience or liveaboard experience would be greatly appreciated....
Thanks,
Chris and Debbie Gibbons
