Oven cleaner works so-so, I hope you have a lot of spare time on your hands. They do make paint remover that is safe for fibreglass so go for it. Be careful not to use plastic or metal putty knives with this stuf as it temporiarily soften the gelcoat, follow the directions on the can if all else fails.
