Crew Available Central America

I live in Escazu, Costa Rica and am looking for crewing opportunities in Central America. I learned to sail in Singapore and the surrounding areas in the late 90's and have owned a Catalina 34 for the last 6 years.
That boat is on the bank in the US. I hope to begin moving the boat south late this year.
Most of my experience since returning to the US has been on brown water but all my experience in Singapore was on salt.
I am 55, healthy, non smoker, occasional drinker(2 beers put me to sleep), with limited sailing experience but lots of experience in adventure sports that taught me to stay cool when things get dicey.
