Definitely contact Teak Decking Systems in Sarasota, they probably already have a template for a Baltic and can recommend a yard in your area.

Whatever you do, never, never, never let them fasten the new deck through the top layer of glass, no matter what they say about how good the sealeant is long term.
The new deck will either have to be glued down.... in which case it will have to be thinner than a fastened deck.... or the existing deck will have to be thickened so the fasteners do not penetrate it.
I speak from bitter experience.

NEB in RI has done some very nice work with teak decking. At some point I will have them do mine, just not yet.

SD - Perhaps his boat is of an age and condition to warrant the replacement of his original deck. Perhaps s1j1m1o isn't looking for an inexpensive yard that will lead to future problems.

Why are you replacing the teak deck... that is very expensive, and generally leads to future problems.

Teak Deck replacement
Does anyone have suggestions for a good refit yard to do a full deck replacement on a Baltic 43? There are only 2 yards that I would trust with this job that I have found so far -Original yard in Finland and JBY in Rhode Island. I have seen many yards that do a low cost poor job but this often leads to even more serious problems later.
