in my 22 mac. I use my bike panners 3sets 6 bags total . I made a 6mm alu. rod afixed to the hull up in the forepeak to hang the bags ,there's not enought room for much of anything but storage anyway? another thing I came up with is the 5 gallon plastic buckets with the lids that have rubber gaskets they seal up air tight . I set one aside for tools,@homedepot they sell these little round trays that stack inside the buckets , grate 4 all kinds of fittings nuts bolts ,screws etc.the one thing you will need to do remove the bale and replace it with nilon rope. tip, take pvc 11mm dia.or whats handy and thread it through 4 a handle

IKEA has all sorts of bags and storage items made from a mesh material that are great too. Very reasonable prices. I have a couple that can hang in a locker and hold many items in a small space.

Wouldn't have thought of dive bags! Good one, Martha!
I have one knotted of fishing line that I bought in France 30 (!) years ago, still going strong. The lightest, strongest, most compact I've ever seen. never saw one since.

These bags are great. I've bought several at a True Value store for less than $5-although now I'll order from the eco friendly site! The other type of bag that I use all the time on the boat are scuba diving bags. They come in all sizes so you can use them from everything to fruit, veggies, line to dirty laundry and are very durable. I've had one for over 15 years!
