Female seeking CREW opportunity, available in April 2009. Currently living in Japan.

I'm an easy going and advantageous Canadian female looking to be a crew member. It has been a life long dream to be at sea and improve my sailing abilities. I'd like to do this the more adventurous way by joining a competent and easy going captain.

I am available starting April 2009. Currently living in Japan, it would be great to join a yacht passing through this area. I am available to crew anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.

I have beginner level sailing experience on Echo boats. I have also volunteered on a tall ship in Australia for a few weeks (a restored pearl lugger). I also have my PADI Open Water scuba diving certification. I would love the opportunity to gain more crewing skills while at sea.

I'm a level headed but spontaneous individual who loves traveling. I have been Europe, Central America, Australia as well as New Zealand. I love learning about other cultures by immersing myself. Although in the business world I'm organized, when I travel I see where the wind takes me. I have interests including photography, river kayaking, painting, dancing, nature, cooking and reading.
