Boston Survey

If your prospect boat is over ten years old, or selling for over $40K get Tony Knowles from Newport. He bills out only full day rate (and is extremely busy), but seems to be well worth it. If you insist on being pennny-wise and pound-foolish, Jonathan Klopman in Marblehead is very good.

Otherwise get the cheapest guy out of the phone book to make the insurance company happy, but get the biggest loan you can so you have the extra funds to cover all the expensive stuff many guys will miss.

Good luck.
