New member - looking to crew in Florida

Hi,
I'm a fairly experienced coastal sailor. I've owned a few boats in the 20-26 ft range. I've been sailing most of my life with long stretches of no sailing interspersed. One of those periods of not sailing is going to end radically in July.

In July I head down to south Florida to do some minor repairs on my 26ft Balboa, to be joined shortly by the love of my life, and we'll take it from there.

In the mean time, I'm in Tallahassee and really looking for someone that could use a hand, or just wants some company sailing around. I'm looking for cruisers, day sailors or races anywhere on the Florida panhandle. I'm mostly looking for weekend excursions, but I could take a day or two off of work.

I'm a personable and competent guy who's always looking to learn, especially about sailing. Please drop me a line if you're in the Florida panhandle (OK, maybe even Alabama) and we can get out and sail.

Jim
