GreatWhite What about 3M 4200? My friend suggested this for me when I replace my lexan with metal frames.

Capnblu Use the rubber in the aluminum frame to seal the glass to the frame, butyl to seal the frame to the hull, which you can find at any glass shop. Consensus says to use the white or light gray, instead of the black butyl for easier cleaning.

Window sealent????

What am I supposed to use for window sealent on my Catalina 22. I have removed them and cleaned the old matter off. What do I use to re seal. I understand that silicone is not a good idea. Thank you, Andy
