Thanks for the tips guys. It looks like that intake hose is going to be a lot more challenging than I thought.
I think I have settled on using Trident hoses throughout. 100 for the water lines and 101 for sanitation.

I've watch experts run hoses, they apply a generous amount of liquid soap
to the hose, and work as teams, 1 pushing, 1 pulling or just working the
hose around obstacles.

I just replaced almost all the hose on my boat. For the raw-water intake I used "ShieldFlex II Marine Water/Exhaust Hose (with wire)". I would use the same for the saltwater pump. Replacing the raw water hose on my boat was a nightmare. The hose runs from the seacock under a series of hoses and wire bundle in the bilge to the locker under the Navstation seat. The hose is under a lot of pressure there, so I think the wire reinforced hose is a must. Getting the old hose out and the new hose in was very difficult, but I managed it by running a wire coat hander through the old hose before pulling it out and then using the coat hanger as a guide to run the new hose. I would strongly advise against pulling the old hose out without some sort of guide for the new hose if you boat is set up anything like mine.
For sink drains and scuppers, I wanted something chemical resistant since you never know what kinds of things will end up in your sink or on your decks when you are doing various boat projects. I had a hard time finding good information on this. In the end I went with Shields 200.

For preventive maintenance and at the recommendation of a surveyor, I am going to replace most of the critical hoses on my vessel. I know what kind I will use for fuel and sanitation, but I'm a little vague on some of the others. Can anyone recommend specific brand and type of hose to use for the raw water intake to the engine and to the saltwater pump at the sink and deck wash down. Also for the sink drains and scupper drains.
