Vintage guitar for trade

I have a vintage Gibson 1988 white mint condition ES175 I'd like to trade for a sailboat. I don't mind a project boat, as long as she can sail - working rigging, rudder, sails, and such.

The color of the guitar is it's original custom color, white, but has mellowed into a truly unique off white hue after 20 years of aging.

I need about 35' to 45' of length, and would prefer a fractional sloop with a fixed keel. I'm a wood craftsman, so I can fix wood related repairs that are necessary.
