downeast450 I will look for one. I probably have one. I used a piece of marine plywood for the original so I could tweak the size. That one is still in place and I think I will paint it and keep it there. This table cost me less than $50.00.

arf145 Interesting find, downeast. I seem to always be thinking about a DIY cockpit table, but haven't done anything about it. Do you have a picture to show?

A good ss folding bracket for a cockpit table

If you are considering building a cockpit table that folds down against your pedestal guard here is a good folding bracket. The concavity of the fixed leg fits guard tubing perfectly. It is strong and secures in place solidly. I paid about $30+? for a pair. I built my own "table" and just bolted it on. I am going to use a second pair to mount a folding table/shelf in the cabin.
