ozzie1too It probably would be quicker, but will it fit the hole?

Also, my wife has never accused me of doing things the easy way

mitiempo It is a lot easier to just purchase a ready made panel like the Blue Seas 8023 - 8 breaker positions, rated at 100 amps and shipped with 5 breakers installed of 15 amp size.
DC 8 Position - PN 8023 - Blue Sea Systems
Or the same basic panel in a horizontal configuration.

fuse/switch panel size

I have an Ericson 29 that is in San Diego. The fuse panel has eight circuits (I think) and some of them are so corroded, that they no longer work. I want to build a new panel. My problem is that I am in Arizona and did not measure the panel the last time I was at the boat. Can anyone measure their panel on an Ericson 29 and help me with some info?

Thanks
