jobi in this case seems like this cauld be an early model, wood cabin and double spreaders, then they upgraded to plexiglass cabine and single spreader?

thers no paperwork nor identification on the boat.

sailingdog less windage, the lines are more protected from uv-damage, etc.

no, i doubt that, how the halyards are run does not affect whether the spar needs one set of spreaders or two.

halyards down the inside of the mast...

any advantages exept for noise reduction (halyards down the inside of the mast) this is how my thompson was built.

also cauld this be the reason why my mast has 2 sets of spreaders?
