Alder Barbour Cold Machine Electronic

My transistor is burned out and does anyone know what replacement to get.
Also does anyone have available an electronic diagram for this circuit that is
in the control box of the unit. The motor winding ohm values are good and
probably the motor is fine.

Any help appreciated. Imre
