!. The halyard should go from the arm which is called a crane.
2. The topping lift runs from the front of the mast 1/2 to 2/3 up.
3. The downlaul termed the foreguy turns in a block in the center of the foredeck.
4. Two sheets twice the length of the boat.
4. Four cheek blocks, two at the stern and two on the rail at the beam for tweaker lines.
5. Two short tweaker lines with blocks at their ends.
If you are primarily interested in cruising rather than racing, I'd consider an oversize pole and a asymm spinnaker, definitely easier to handle.

Rigging a Spinnaker
My recently acquired P30 did not come with a spinnaker sail and doesn't look
like it has ever had one. I plan to buy a sail but I'm not sure about the best
way to rig it and I'd like to hear from anyone who runs a spinnaker,
particularly on a P30.
I'm thinking I'll get a symmetrical spinnaker with a pole, but I'd be happy to
hear arguments for going with an asymmetrical sail.
1) Where should the halyard go? There is an unused sheave in the masthead for
an internal wire-rope. Alternatively, I could hang a block from the short arm
that sticks out on the port side of the masthead? Not sure what that is for.
2) How should I attach a pole to the mast? Is a single eye enough, or does
everyone use a track, so the height is adjustable? I guess I need a topping
lift too? Where does that line go?
